Masterclass with Dr Ela Manga

While the nature of life is transient, times of change can be overwhelming. It is often accompanied by unacknowledged grief and fear of the unknown. Whether you find yourself wanting change and feeling stuck or are in the midst of a life transition - a career shift, grief, menopause, a relationship change, or the transition of parenthood, breath serves as both an anchor and means to ride the waves of change.

Join us for our final Breathwork Masterclass of the year as we transition from 2024. Guided by Dr Ela Manga, we will dive deep into how breath can offer clarity and courage through all of life’s transitions.

In this session, you’ll learn:

• Techniques to find calm in uncertainty

• How to use breath as a tool to process emotions and gain clarity

• Ways to let go of the old and open up to the new with more grace

We will also be guided a deep and gentle breathwork experience. No prior breathwork experience is required.

Our monthly Breathwork Masterclass sessions are facilitated by Dr Ela Manga and usually happen on the last Saturday of the month from 3.00pm - 5.00pm, Central African Time (UT+2). 

Book online and receive the Zoom link via email. Please use the link sent via email to join the Masterclass session on the day. A reminder will be sent the day before the Masterclass. All bookings will recieve the downloadable recording of the Masterclass a few days later for your reference.

Some housekeeping tips - It is your choice to keep your camera on or off. We request that you mute your microphone unless the space is open for sharing, input, and feedback. Please set up a comfortable space – either on the floor on a yoga mat, on a couch, or even in bed! Have water and an extra blanket near you. Take the hour out for yourself with limited distractions.
