An immersion experience based on Dr Ela Manga’s book BREATHE: Strategising Energy in the Age Burnout.
The retreat will begin on Friday, 26 October 2018 at 10am with tea and snacks before we go into our first breathwork session. Our afternoon will be spent easing into the program for the weekend while taking time out to rest and relax. Saturday will be focused on Mind, Body and Heart Intelligence – Dr Ela will guide us through the basic pillars of health, labyrinth walks, reflection, journaling, and breathwork. We will finish the retreat on Sunday morning with a closing session and breakfast and depart at 10am.
